  2. Complete Pre-requisite Training
  3. Attend HR Compliance Certification School, successfully complete the CHRCP exam, and complete required training.

At the School, you’ll begin by attending an instructor-led study session followed by the CHRCP Certification Exam. Students will take the proctored, closed-book CHRCP Certification Exam, covering only material from the prerequisite training.

The exam is multiple-choice and lasts two hours. A score of 80% or higher is required to successfully pass the exam. After the exam, you'll join in-depth classroom training to build upon the knowledge you gained during pre-requisite training.

Classroom training will:

  • reinforce your fundamental knowledge,
  • introduce new content with a focus on practical application, and
  • provide networking opportunities with peers.

To earn the CHRCP designation, you must complete all prerequisite training, successfully complete the certification exam, and attend all classroom sessions.
