How will we achieve this?
First, America’s Credit Unions offers you best-in-class compliance assistance. Through this service, member credit unions can send their compliance questions to our Compliance Team, who will research the issue and respond within one business day. Credit unions can access this service by emailing compliance@americascreditunions.org.
Second, this Compliance Blog publishes twice per week – on Tuesdays and Thursdays – to provide critical, needed information. We will cover all things relating to compliance: from providing a breakdown of complex or technical compliance requirements to providing analysis of recent agency guidance or legal developments. If you haven’t already, please subscribe to the blog so you get the latest posts as soon as they’re available.
Third, the Compliance Team of America’s Credit Unions will continue the great compliance services that you’ve come to rely upon from our legacy organizations. In the coming months, we’ll announce new compliance publications to empower you with the knowledge your credit union needs to succeed. We’ll continue to interact with industry professionals at our various events, and present substantive materials at conferences and industry meetings.
