Eligibility

An employee who works a minimum of 18 hours each week is eligible to participate in America’s Credit Unions’ sponsored benefits plans, with pro-ration of certain benefits based on hours worked. Benefits are effective on the first date of employment.

Work/Life Balance

  • Paid Time Off: Generous paid time off allowances include vacation accruals that start with 3 weeks for new hires and 12 wellness days per year (subject to pro-ration based on hire date). Additionally, America’s Credit Unions provides eligible employees with 13 paid holidays, 2 personal days, and 16 hours of paid volunteer time each year. Paid time off is also provided for voting, bereavement leave, jury duty, and military leave.
  • Paid Family Leave for personal, family, and maternity/paternity needs.  This time off works in conjunction with any paid family leave mandated by the employee’s place of residence.
  • Flexible Work Policy: Depending on their role and responsibilities, most of America’s Credit Unions’ employees can work a hybrid or fully remote schedule.  Employees and their supervisors work together to create a schedule that makes sense for the role, for the employee, and for America’s Credit Unions.
