Help shape the future of the Operations & Member Experience Council

The Operations & Member Experience Council Executive Committee plays a key leadership and advisory role in shaping the direction of the Council, guiding strategic priorities and supporting the delivery of meaningful member benefits and experiences. Members of the Executive Committee also lead and participate in sub-committees, working collaboratively with America's Credit Unions and other Council volunteers to plan events, develop resources, and strengthen engagement across the Council community.

By serving on the Executive Committee, you play an active role in advancing not only the mission of the Councils, but also the credit union movement. Your leadership helps shape the future of the industry by fostering collaboration, sharing knowledge, and creating opportunities for professional growth and innovation. Together, the Councils serve as the go-to source for strategic leadership, professional development, and meaningful collaboration—amplifying the voice and impact of credit union professionals everywhere. If you're passionate about making a difference and supporting your peers, we encourage you to submit your nomination.
