Over three years, experience the credit union movement’s longest-running high-level educational program, featuring instruction from University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business professors, credit union leaders, and respected industry experts.
What to expect: rigor and rewards
Credit Union Management School is an intensive three-year program designed for credit union professionals committed to pursuing executive leadership. Through comprehensive coursework, applied projects, and guidance from industry experts and University of Wisconsin-Madison faculty, participants develop the essential skills needed to lead within the credit union movement.
Each year builds on the previous year, exploring key areas such as financial management, strategic planning, and leadership development. Participants bring their learning to life through practical assignments, presentations, and projects they can apply within their own credit unions.
Graduates who successfully complete the three-year executive education curriculum, including exams, projects, and an oral presentation, earn the prestigious Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE)™️ designation. Recognized as the pinnacle of credit union leadership excellence, the CCUE designation reflects the expertise, dedication, and commitment required to achieve continued success.

Live the traditional Credit Union Management School experience and stay in Sellery Residence Hall with your fellow peers.
