“I’m thrilled to join America’s Credit Unions Governmental Affairs Conference and be part of conversations for this productive week in Washington, D.C. My experience on Wall Street and allows me to talk about how perceptions and reputations influence professional relationships, build upon meaningful connections, and stay motivated in the face of challenges,” Harris said. “I hope attendees leave with a few tools that will empower them to maximize their success as leaders refreshed vision of purpose.”

Known for her “Carla’s Pearls” – her principles of intentional leadership – Harris will speak to both leaders and emerging leaders about how to maximize career success with what she calls “hard earned and hard learned” pearls that she acquired during her Wall Street career.
