Hawaii held its primary on Saturday with three credit union-backed candidates continuing to the November election.  

Four states hold their primary elections this week – Connecticut, Minnesota, Vermont, and Wisconsin. America’s Credit Unions worked with state Leagues to support five candidates in Connecticut, seven candidates in Minnesota, one candidate in Vermont, and six candidates in Wisconsin. 

The Minnesota Credit Union League and America’s Credit Unions are backing Minnesota State Senator Kelly Morrison, D, in her attempt to win the open seat left by retiring Rep. Dean Phillips, D, who did not seek another term in Congress.  

Credit union-backed candidates have a success rate over 98% so far in the 2024 cycle. Election results are available on America’s Credit Unions’ Credit Union Elections Hub and updated throughout the primaries and general election.
