Harnessing data to emphasize the credit union difference

The credit union story is an essential tool in advocacy efforts to increase the ability of credit unions to serve. A new America’s Credit Unions Blog entry explores the data analytics tools available on America’s Credit Unions’ website, and three key ways it can be used to highlight the credit union difference.

It also contains this month’s Economic Update video, featuring Senior Economist Ligia Vado as she walks viewers through the Auto Lending Dashboard.

The Data and Tools tab provides access to the dashboard for America’s Credit Unions members, including guides on how to use the data to reinforce the credit union difference during discussions with policymakers. 

The data can also be used to help with operations and business growth, as users can explore data points to address individual credit unions’ goals and advocacy efforts.
