The filing period for Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data collected in 2024 is now open. Credit unions can submit the information through March 3.  

The HMDA platform has a new login process. Users must login via Login.gov, which utilizes multifactor authentication (MFA). The Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council has a quick reference guide and FAQs to help users establish a Login.gov account.
