Nussle, Simpson to take Caucus stage together Monday
Coming together for a fireside chat, America’s Credit Unions President/CEO Jim Nussle and incoming President/CEO Scott Simpson will share the stage at next week’s Congressional Caucus. Happening Sept. 7-9 in Washington, D.C., Caucus attendees will meet with legislators, network, attend informative sessions, and help shape the credit
union advocacy agenda.
Nussle and Simpson will discuss how credit unions can advocate for members with a unified voice, explore the lessons learned from efforts and victories so far, how the movement can continue to build momentum, and why grassroots advocacy and storytelling are more important than ever.
Simpson—who begins his tenure Nov. 3—will take the reins of America’s Credit Unions at a crucial juncture in the Congressional calendar, and at a pivotal time in the credit union movement.
Credit union advocates in Washington, D.C., can register for a day pass to attend Caucus Monday and hear from Nussle and Simpson, along with breakout sessions on pressing issues, addresses from political professionals, and more.
