The Treasury’s Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund and Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity (OCRE) will conduct a live webinar to assist organizations in understanding the requirements of the CDFI Fund’s Title VI Compliance Worksheet.
Registration is now open for the webinar, scheduled for March 21 at 10 a.m. Eastern.
Specifically, it will discuss the elements of the worksheet, including Civil Rights Complaints, Notice of Rights, Language Assistance Plan, Sub-Recipient Communication and Board Composition.
There will also be time for questions at the end of the webinar.
America’s Credit Unions welcomed new CDFI Fund Director Pravina Raghavan in a letter sent last week, also noting that credit unions look forward to working with the CDFI Fund to increase service to the underserved.
