Cancellations and substitutions
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a brief explanation. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after 30 days before the event.
- Substitutions are accepted before the start of the program. Additional fees may apply. Please include the event name, current participant, and new participant name when requesting a substitution to [email protected].

Optional tour
Explore a Living Legend — Fort Worth Cattle Drive & Brewery Visit
Date: September 15, 2026
Time: 3:00-6:15 p.m. CST
Location: Fort Worth Stockyards
Cost: Complimentary, no additional fee
Kick up your boots and experience one of Fort Worth’s most iconic traditions. Join fellow attendees in the historic Stockyards to watch the legendary Fort Worth Herd as Texas Longhorns make their way through the streets in a daily tribute to the city’s Western heritage. This cattle drive, which occurs twice daily, is the only one of its kind and a true Fort Worth tradition.
After the late afternoon cattle drive at the Stockyards National Historic District, we’ll take a short walk to Second Rodeo Brewing. Enjoy a brewery stop with a beverage and light snack, plus time to network and connect with colleagues. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore the shops, dining, and entertainment throughout the historic Stockyards before buses return everyone to the hotel for the evening.
This tour is complimentary for registered Collections & Bankruptcy School attendees, but advanced registration is required to reserve your seat on the bus.
A limited number of guest tickets is also available for $35 (limit one per registered attendee) while supplies last.
