Schedule
The detailed schedule will be shared closer to the event. In the meantime, topics covered on each day of the conference are provided below.
Day 1: Foundations and expectations
Discuss what credit union cybersecurity looks like today, from regulatory frameworks like ACET and FFIEC to the real-world tactics of risk-based program development. Sessions will cover the role of the cybersecurity practitioner, documentation readiness, and how governance, compliance, and operations intersect to form a secure baseline.
Day 2: Controls and threat mitigation
With a shared foundation in place, dig into layered defenses, including access controls, segregation of duties, endpoint protections, third-party risk, and fraud management. Sessions will explore practical deployment strategies, emerging threats, and how to build resilience across people, processes, and systems.
Day 3: Innovation and forward readiness
Engage with applied AI, behavioral analytics, and zero-trust principles. A mock tabletop exercise will demonstrate the lessons learned throughout the week.
