Management & Leadership Institute is a leadership training program designed for vice presidents, mid-to senior-level credit union leaders, and emerging leaders seeking to strengthen communication, support effective decision-making, and guide their teams through ongoing change.
This insightful leadership institute combines management training with real-world application through hands-on projects, case studies, and discussions with experienced CEOs. Over four days in Annapolis, MD, participants build practical leadership skills and earn CPE credits through structured, applied learning. Led in part by renowned leadership expert John Spence, who is deeply involved in shaping the program framework, participants will benefit from his expertise through a leadership-focused workshop each morning.

Cancellations and substitutions
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with a brief explanation. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after 30 days before the event.
