Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please explain the cancellation briefly and submit it via email to hello@americascreditunions.org. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee on the order total. No refunds for cancellations received on or after 30 days before the event will be granted. Substitutions are accepted before the start of the program. Additional costs may apply.
