Sessions
August 18, 2026 | 1:00-2:00 p.m.
As AI transforms the way we work and lead, this conversation explores how culture and technology can bring out the best in each other. When organizations intentionally build healthy, inclusive cultures, where everyone belongs, they create the conditions for human-centered, responsible AI technology that amplifies employees’ potential, not replaces it.
At the same time, AI adoption raises questions about job security, stress, fairness, and the future of workplace relationships. In this fireside chat, Christine Kemnitz, VP of Strategy and Business Transformation, America’s Credit Unions, will discuss with Jacob Clemente, Senior Reporter AI & Work, Charter Works, and Andrew Downin, President & CEO, O Bee Credit Union, will discuss how credit unions can harness this powerful dynamic to improve the employee experience & well-being, elevate performance, and deliver greater value to members—now and into the future.
