Overview

Solidify your dedication to your board role by learning how to leverage your talents, strengthen your knowledge, and maximize your impact in both your board room and credit union. This recorded eSchool allows you the flexibility to take the nine sessions at your own pace. Each session is tailored to help you explore the essential components of your role.

After completing each session and the exam, you will be eligible to earn your Certified Credit Union Board Member (CCUB) designation. Your records will be updated under your America’s Credit Unions Member Portal and your CCUB certificate will be available to you.

Take the following actions to schedule your proctored exam:

  • Identify your exam date. The date should be before 12/31/2025.
    • Please allow two weeks for America’s Credit Unions to set up your exam.
  • Submit exam request. Submit your request two weeks prior to your exam date or no later than 12/10/2025.
    • To submit your request, select exam SC307 – Certified Credit Union Board Member Exam. Identify your proctor and their contact information.
  • Complete your exam(s) prior to 12/31/2025. You must pass the exam with a score of 80% or higher to earn the CCUB designation.

Cancellations

Webinars, Schools, and Online Events

All cancellations must be received in writing. Please explain the cancellation briefly and submit it via email to hello@americascreditunions.org.

Cancellations received more than seven days before the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee on the order total. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after seven days before the event. Substitutions are accepted before the start of the program. Additional costs may apply. Please provide the event name, current participant, and new participant name to hello@americascreditunions.org.
