It is critical that staff understand both the practical and legal implications of these fiduciary relationships so they know who they can speak with about the accounts, who they can transact for, and how to properly set-up the accounts to establish the fiduciary or beneficiary relationship in the first place. The following forms of relationships often create confusion and result in commonly asked questions by staff as they work with these types of relationships, including:

  • Minors’ accounts
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Guardians / Conservators
  • Social Security Representative Payees
  • Agency / Convenience accounts

Cancellations

Webinars, Schools, and Online Events

All cancellations must be received in writing. Please explain the cancellation briefly and submit it via email to hello@americascreditunions.org.

Cancellations received more than seven days before the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee on the order total. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after seven days before the event. Substitutions are accepted before the start of the program. Additional costs may apply. Please provide the event name, current participant, and new participant name to hello@americascreditunions.org.
