Reminder: Wegner Award nominations close Sunday
The deadline to nominate a credit union leader, organization, or program for the National Credit Union Foundation’s 2027 Herb Wegner Memorial Awards is Sunday, May 31.
Nominations are now being accepted in:
- Outstanding Individual Achievement - Individuals whose leadership, innovation, and commitment have created measurable, lasting impact across the credit union movement.
- Outstanding Organization or Program - Organizations, programs, or businesses delivering innovative solutions and measurable results that advance financial well-being and cooperative finance.
The Foundation has presented the Wegner Awards since 1989. Award winners are recognized each year during the Foundation’s awards dinner, which takes place March 1, 2027, in conjunction with the Governmental Affairs Conference.
