Refund and substitution policy
Written cancellations received 30+ days before the event are subject to a 25% fee. No refunds within 30 days. Substitutions are accepted with advance notice.

Hotel reservation requests will be accepted until February 12, 2026, subject to availability. Rates are quoted for the room, and all reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. The GAC rates are available only when you book directly with onPeak, the GAC Official Housing provider. All rooms are subject to applicable taxes.
Reservations canceled on or before Friday, December 19, 2025, will not be charged a cancellation fee. Reservations canceled on or after Saturday, December 20, 2025, will be subject to a one-night room and tax cancellation fee per room.
All reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made with the Housing Bureau by Friday, February 13, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. (EST).
Between February 6-13, 2026, the Housing Bureau will transfer reservation information to participating hotels. During this time, no changes can be made.
Beginning Monday, February 16, 2026, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with the hotel, and all cancellations are non-refundable.
*State league sub blocks are at these hotels and may not be available for general housing. If you are a member of your state league, contact the league to find the hotel the league has blocked. You will receive instructions from your state league on how to reserve a room in the state league block. Guest rooms subject to availability.
Hotel rates listed are subject to 15.95% sales tax (tax is subject to change)
If the date you are looking to book is not available at the time of making a reservation, complete the reservation for the nights that are available. Once you receive your email acknowledgement from onPeak, click on the link in the Wait List section. At that time, you can wait list those additional night/s. You can also call (855) 906-2270 to speak with an onPeak team member to wait list your night/s. There is not a wait list for specific hotels. If the hotel you prefer is not available, we suggest that you secure a room at one of the available hotels. You are welcome to check back with onPeak on hotel availability.
GAC’s official housing is handled exclusively by onPeak. Please be aware that there are companies out there that claim to provide housing services for the GAC that are not affiliated with America’s Credit Unions. In the future you may receive a fax, email or phone call that offers you cut-rate housing. The author’s apparent intent is to convince you that the offer is made on behalf of GAC. The offer is not made on GAC’s behalf.
For federal credit unions to qualify for tax exemption from state and local taxes assessed to room charges, final payment must be made with a federal credit union-issued check, share draft or credit card. If paying with a share draft, contact the hotel to obtain the requirements. Payments made by personal check, personal share draft or personal credit card will not qualify for the exemption. The NCUA Tax Exemption Letter must be presented upon hotel check-in by the attendee.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be received in writing. Please explain the cancellation briefly and submit it via email to hello@americascreditunions.org. Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event are subject to a 25% administrative fee on the order total. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after 30 days before the event. Substitutions are accepted before the start of the program. Additional costs may apply. Please provide the event name, current participant name, and new participant name to hello@americascreditunions.org.
