Large Credit Union Summit 2025
Large Credit Union Summit 2025
Overview
Large Credit Union Summit is an executive forum for credit unions with $1 billion or more in assets. Held in Washington, D.C., during the same week as Congressional Caucus, the program offers a dedicated space for senior leaders to examine the complex dynamics affecting large institutions.
The Summit brings together C-suite executives and other senior leaders for candid, closed-door discussions focused on timely policy issues, economic pressures, regulatory developments, and strategic planning at scale. Sessions are structured to support high-level decision-making, with direct engagement from the NCUA and CFPB and subject matter experts who provide critical insight into the national landscape.
As the operating environment grows more complex, the Summit creates space to exchange strategies with peers navigating similar institutional demands. From managing risk in uncertain markets to adapting to evolving oversight and regulation, this program allows for the kind of peer dialogue and executive insight not available elsewhere.
*Attendance is reserved for credit unions with $5 billion or more in assets. While the Summit aligns with Congressional Caucus, participation in Caucus is not required, and registration is separate.
